Welcome to your classroom. You are a teacher in a low income transient area. The kids tend to get into mischief or not know how to fully navigate big emotions/ problem solving.  The more you build the relationships with the kids, the easier the day will go, but emotions go up and down easily… And the bigger the class the harder it is to deeply connect to them all in a timely manner. You will work with your class and try to build relationships with them over the next 10-15 days. Be aware that  things may not always go as planned and interruptions/ big emotions can cause some big chaos.
